This office is located within the Fremont Commons Building.
To reach my treatment space, come up the atrium stairs at the center of the building or take the elevator (at the back of the atrium) to the second floor. The suite numbers are located above the entryway doors. My office is suite 204D, on the West side of the building.
There is a small waiting room in the hallway for my office suite that is shared with three other businesses. Please wait there and I will come and get you at your scheduled appointment time.
*Please allow extra time for parking prior to your appointment, as there is not a designated parking lot for this building. Free street parking is available, especially on the side streets off of Fremont. There are bike racks for locking-up within the atrium, and the bus lines that come within blocks of the office are the 24, 71 and 75.
